That the House of Representatives remove paperwork requirements for assessing a person’s eligibility for disability allowance renewals and consider making special needs funding more flexible and non-expiring.
Petition reason
I'm tired of what I feel is all this nonsense of doing paperwork to get a disability allowance every two years. I believe disability benefits can be more flexible, non-expiring, and accessible to everyone. In my opinion, special needs people should be treated fairly with innovative methods to make our lives better, happier, cleaner, and more productive, and special needs funding can be modernised and made more empowering. I feel that would reflect the intention “Nothing about us without us”.
