That the House of Representatives provide for women to have three days of paid menstrual leave every month.
Petition reason
Menstruation is a natural biological process, yet many women experience symptoms so severe that working becomes extremely difficult. Disorders such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and chronic cramps can be debilitating. I feel that allowing up to three days of paid menstrual leave each month would support women’s health, promote equality in the workplace, and ensure no woman is forced to choose between her wellbeing and her income.
