That the House of Representatives urge the Government to advocate that the Japanese government stop the active nuclear reactor in Ikata.

Petition reason

We are facing the likelihood of big earthquakes of magnitude 8 or 9 in the Nankai Trough in the south part of Japan. We believe that in the event of such an earthquake, the active reactor in Ikata is going to be destroyed. We assert that we have the right to life. We believe that in order to save the future of human beings we need to stop the active reactor in Ikata before a Nankai Trough earthquake occurs.
