That the House of Representatives increase funding for research into Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma and for raising awareness about it.
Petition reason
Sadly, this year my Mum Anne passed away from Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma. We were disturbed to find very limited awareness, understanding, research or funding into Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma. Mum was angry because she felt robbed. She didn't expect, at 76 years old, to have her life cut short like that. There was still so much that she wanted to achieve and do, that she couldn't see through.
