That the House of Representatives pass legislation to require a public hearing into judicial conduct when 8 or more members of the public make a complaint about the judicial misconduct of any judge.

Petition reason

In my opinion, judges are not adequately regulated and this affects the credibility of the judicial system. As it stands, all a judge needs to do to cease a complaint is retire, because complaints against a person who is no longer a judge are dismissed. I believe this must change for the public's confidence and safety.
