Petition reason
Many autistic and neurodiverse learners experience challenges within standard educational pathways. Families and whānau may seek homeschooling because of individual learning, sensory, social, emotional, or wellbeing needs. We believe homeschooling pathways and support systems should be fair, accessible, responsive, and better recognise diverse learning needs and circumstances.
