That the House of Representatives urge the Government not to use taxpayer funds for the costs of addressing historic and ongoing Treaty of Waitangi breaches, including costs of claims, litigation, hearings, settlements, and administration of the Waitangi Tribunal.
Petition reason
I believe that there is a bias against Māori which I think is amplified by costs related to Waitangi Tribunal logistics, Ministerial portfolios expenses, Treaty claims, hearings, and settlements which are paid for from funds raised from taxpayers.
