According to Consumer NZ, the cost of essential groceries has become a major concern for many households across New Zealand. I believe many families are struggling to afford everyday food and essential items as living costs continue to rise. This petition asks Parliament to take practical action to improve grocery affordability, strengthen competition, and help ensure New Zealanders can access essential food at reasonable prices.
