That the House of Representatives require that employers be completely honest with applicants about why they don't progress in a recruitment process.

Petition reason

I have been applying for jobs for a long time now and have almost never heard back. I'd like to know why (and when I have asked them why, they either don't answer, or the reasons they give are so vague, they're useless). I believe that this petition will help everyone really, but particularly those with disabilities and/or in a situation similar to mine.
