That the House of Representatives ban the sale of vaping products in non-vape store premises such as dairies, supermarkets, and service stations; and improve regulations on Specialist Vape Retailers; and note that 8,746 people have signed similar petitions online and in person.
Petition reason
I believe vaping is having a serious impact on our communities, and creating a dangerous, negative culture among our young people. I believe youth are becoming seriously addicted to these products and the health implications of these product are still unknown. I believe their education is suffering as many are leaving class to vape in bathroom blocks, putting increasing stress and pressure on our already fragile education system.
