That the House of Representatives urge the Government to cancel the school lunches contract with the School Lunch Collective (coordinated by Compass Group NZ) and reinstate contracts with the local providers who were providing school lunch services before term 1 2025.

Petition reason

I believe that the School Lunch Collective (coordinated by Compass Group NZ) have failed miserably in fulfilling their obligations to provide healthy, nutritious, tasty and safe lunches within the negotiated contract price. In my opinion, the contract should be terminated immediately, damages sought, and the previous providers reinstated.
